About Us

Skull Labs Inc. was founded on a basis of helping people overcome their skin conditions using purified hyper oxygenated copper ion water and organic ingredients. The water we use in all of our products is a take on a process NASA invented to purify the water on board a spaceship for their astronauts. This water in combination with organic butters, oils, extracts and essential oils proves to nourish and heal the skin better than traditional purified water or water with copper peptides. 

The idea for Skull Labs Inc. started out from our dad. He's really the brains behind the water. We were tired of traditional lotions and creams that have fillers and dyes and decided to do something with the water. We upped the copper levels in the water and tried our hands at making lotions and creams. He is also the inspiration for the skull in Skull Labs Inc. As a former Naval aviator, flying F-14's, we wanted to incorporate the jolly roger symbol with the water element. We brought that information to our very talented graphic designer and sister-in-law and she came up with the waterdrop skull. 

With much trial and error, we formulated and made the lotions and creams to fit every lifestyle and age. All of our products are vegan, safe for all ages and made without parabens, silicones, dyes, synthetic fragrances and mineral oil. 

 

FAQ

1. What is Purified Hyper Oxygenated Copper Ion Water?

This is purified water that has been pumped through a charcoal filter and is infused with copper ions. The water also has oxygen added in the process. This process was originally founded by NASA for use on the Apollo spacecraft.

 

2. Are your products safe for children?

Yes! All of our products are safe for kids, pregnant women, and the elderly.

 

3. Do you test your products on animals?

We do not test our products on animals. Unless you count using them on our kids...

 

4. Are your products organic?

We use organic butter, oils and extracts. The only items that we use that are not organic are the preservatives and emulsifying agents.

 

5. Are your products dermatologist tested?

Our products are not dermatologist tested, yet. We are working with a dermatologist to find our best course of action with the trials.

 

6. How does copper help the skin?

Copper Ions act as an antioxidant and help tighten and repair your skin. Ions work much faster and more efficiently than copper peptides, which you will see more in copper infused products. Copper and Oxygen also aid in wound healing and protects skin cells from UV radiation.

 

7. Why are there blue specks in my cream?

This is the copper!!! When copper settles in the tank sometimes it clumps together. We try our hardest to break up any copper that we see. 

 

8. Do different lotions/creams have different copper levels?

Yes, our Commander Organics line has a higher concentration of copper than our Bud & Bloom and Brawn & Bristle lines. This makes our Commander Organics line stand out from typical sprays or steroid creams. The high healing aspect of the copper and oxygen in Commander Organics proves to repair damaged skin safer and more natural than store bought brands.

 

9. What is your processing and shipping time?

All orders are processed within 48 hours and are sent via USPS ground (5-8 business days)  Typical shipping costs range from $5-$9, unless the order is over $75. Then its FREE

 

10. What is your return policy?

We strive to make our product the best out there. That being said, all products ordered cannot be returned once delivered. If you see something wrong with your order we encourage you to fill out the 'contact us' form. From there we would be happy to assist any of your needs.
